K2 Partnering Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing AI company to hire a Forward Deployed Engineer in Italy. The role is permanent with a strong focus on customer-facing delivery and end-to-end ownership.

You will design AI-driven solutions, deploy agents in production, and work closely with enterprise customers to turn complex business problems into working technical outcomes. Location: Milan or Rome, Italy, four days a week in the office.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or technical problem-solving roles.
• Strong software design fundamentals and systems thinking.
• Experience working across systems, integrations and data flows.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into technical designs and working solutions.
• Experience building, deploying and improving production systems.
• Strong ownership of reliability, performance and continuous improvement.
• Comfort working directly with customers and internal Product and Engineering teams.
• Clear communication skills.
• Interest in AI-powered systems and real-world automation.
