Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking an Engineering Manager, Automation Intelligence based in Italy. You will lead an expert team to build an AI-native intelligence platform that detects automated traffic and malicious bots, delivering APIs and classification systems at scale.

You will own the roadmap from beta to commercial launch, establish quality-driven practices, and collaborate with product and customer teams to ensure reliable, high-performance delivery.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years of engineering management experience delivering complete products through launch.
• Strong technical foundation with 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in bot detection, fraud prevention, or web security is highly valued.
• Experience with AI coding agents and AI-native development is a plus.
• Ability to work with product managers, researchers, and customer-facing teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the engineering roadmap from beta to general availability and commercial launch.
• Define service reliability targets, latency, throughput, and SLOs for production readiness.
• Establish a continuous detection quality framework with testing and monitoring.
• Guide detection capabilities for AI agents, headless browsers, and automation frameworks.
• Manage staged rollouts with feature flags and customer feedback loops.
• Lead, coach, and develop senior engineers and oversee recruitment.
• Define engineering standards, review processes, and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate across teams to reduce dependencies and accelerate independent development.
• Champion AI-native development while maintaining human oversight.
