Jobgether SRL is seeking a Forward Deployed Agile Software Engineer based in Italy to work directly with clients, transform ambiguous needs into production-ready AI-enabled solutions, and drive the delivery of autonomous and full-stack applications.

You will design AI-powered applications, agentic workflows and robust systems while ensuring reliability, security, and scalability across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building AI-powered applications and autonomous agents.
• Strong Python/TypeScript skills for AI platforms and tooling.
• Practical understanding of infrastructure for AI agents: prompts, memory, tools, permissions and feedback.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with clients to translate needs into actionable requirements and architectures.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled applications, agentic workflows and full-stack solutions.
• Build the infrastructure for AI models including prompts, context management and observability.
• Develop agent loops for planning, execution, observation, reflection, recovery and termination.
