Jobgether is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely across Europe. This role involves leading technical workshops and mentoring customer engineering teams in building and deploying AI applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in distributed systems, AI safety mechanisms, and proficiency in JVM-based programming. This dynamic position requires adaptability and strong communication skills to drive customer success.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on experience with distributed systems and modern software architecture.
• Deep understanding of agentic AI systems and LLM orchestration.
• Experience designing AI safety mechanisms and evaluation frameworks.

Mansioni

• Lead technical workshops and training sessions for customer engineering teams.
• Advise on system reliability and deployment best practices.
• Guide the design of multi-agent AI systems.

Conoscenze

Hands-on experience with distributed systems

Understanding of agentic AI systems

Proficiency in JVM-based languages

Cloud-native systems experience (Kubernetes)

Technical consulting experience
