Baker Hughes invites enrolled students or recent graduates to join its Internship Program in a global energy company. You will gain hands-on experience through focused training, team projects, and mentorship from a buddy and a manager, enabling you to learn processes, systems, and leading-edge technology.

You will work with cross-functional teams, apply HS&E standards, and contribute to project planning, execution, and documentation.

Competenze

• Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, STEM, Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Science.
• Maintain GPA ≥ 3.0 on 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Mansioni

• Complete internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements.
• Learn internal software to assist with project tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to network with global leaders.
• Apply HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance.
• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones with managers.
• Maintain project documentation including charters, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular project status reports for managers and stakeholders.
