Job summary

GONEO in Italy is seeking a technical support engineer to handle pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales support for energy storage solutions. The role involves remote or on-site assistance to ensure proper operation and troubleshooting across customer sites.

You will train customers on installation standards, commissioning procedures, and troubleshooting, and escalate major issues to headquarters until closure. On-site surveys and grid-connection activities are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in remote or on-site technical support.
• Ability to train customers on product installation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with residential energy storage systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales technical support for customers in Italy remotely or on-site, including fault diagnosis and operation & maintenance.
• Provide product training, installation standards, commissioning procedures, and troubleshooting training; escalate major issues to HQ until closure.
• Perform on-site surveys, installation guidance, grid-connection commissioning, and acceptance testing for residential energy storage projects.
