BYD in Milano, Lombardy, Italy seeks an on-site energy storage project manager responsible for commissioning and acceptance. You will develop service plans, coordinate grid connections, trainings and deliveries, and document on-site technical issues with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in electrical/electromechanical engineering, 2+ years overseas experience, and strong English skills. PMP is a plus; candidacy demands proactive leadership and resilience.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or electromechanical engineering required.
• Over 2 years of overseas work experience preferred.
• Familiar with the energy storage delivery lifecycle; PMP certification preferred.
• Good English listening, reading and writing skills.

• Be responsible for on-site management of the energy storage project, serving as the first person in charge of commissioning and acceptance.
• Formulate on-site service project plan and complete commissioning, grid connection, delivery acceptance, and training as scheduled.
• Record technical problems and solutions on-site; manage post-sales technical data and reviews.

1. 1. Be responsible for the on-site management of the energy storage project, as the first person in charge of the commissioning and acceptance of the project;
2. 2. Formulate the on-site service project plan, and complete the commissioning, grid connection, delivery acceptance, training and other work of the energy storage project as planned;
3. 3. Responsible for specific project site technical problems and solutions records, responsible for project after-sales technical problems collation, data review, etc.;
4. 4. Coordinate sales, customer, technical and on-site personnel to discuss and deal with project commissioning problems;
5. 5. Coordinate domestic project managers and production, quality, project, after-sales and other departments to deal with project site failures;
6. 6. Other work assigned by the superior;

Requirements

1. 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering or electromechanical engineering is preferred;
2. 2. More than 2 years of overseas 
3. 3. Familiar with the whole life cycle process of energy storage delivery, PMP certificate is preferred;
4. 4. Good English listening, reading and writing skills.
