You will analyze discrepancies, oversee tariff charges, and ensure data consistency across systems while collaborating with stakeholders. This permanent, full-time role requires strong MS Office skills and may benefit from SQL knowledge; English is an additional asset.

Competenze

• Solid knowledge of Customer Operations in the energy & utilities sector.
• Ability to analyze data, identify root causes and propose practical solutions.
• Proficient with MS Office; SQL knowledge is a plus.
