RINA is seeking an Energy Project Support Advisor (Categorie Protette) to join the Genoa office, focusing on invoicing, progress reporting (SAL), and credit recovery within the Planning, Monitoring & Business Support division. The role supports billing preparation, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth project execution and cash collection.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years in related finance/accounting roles, fluent in English, and proficient in MS

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree required; Economics background preferred.
2–3 years experience in similar roles; accounting/finance exposure helpful.
Fluency in English; additional languages considered a plus.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and data handling in Excel.
Experience with invoicing, SAL reporting, and credit recovery is desirable.

Mansioni

Prepare, review, and manage SAL progress reports for client billing and project reporting.
Create and issue draft invoices and credit notes, with supporting documentation.
Monitor invoicing processes to ensure compliance with deadlines and contracts.
Support credit recovery by tracking receivables and contacting stakeholders.
Maintain accurate invoicing, collections, and project documents in company systems.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Finance, customers, partners, and suppliers to facilitate billing and cash collection.
Analyze invoicing performance and prepare dashboards using Excel/Power BI.
