RINA is recruiting an Energy Project Support Advisor in Genoa to provide operational and administrative support to Project Managers, with a focus on invoicing, SAL reporting and credit recovery within the RINA Consulting Planning, Monitoring & Business Support division.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years’ experience in similar roles, fluency in English, and strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Power BI, with the ability to manage deadlines and coordinate

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree required; Economics/Finance preferred.
2–3 years’ experience in similar roles.
Experience in accounting, finance and tax matters.
Fluency in English; other languages a plus.
Proficient with Excel, Power BI and MS Office.

Mansioni

Prepare, review, and manage SAL progress reports to support billing and project reporting activities.
Create and issue draft invoices, credit notes, and related documentation through company systems and customer portals.
Monitor the invoicing process, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and deadlines.
Support credit recovery by monitoring outstanding receivables and following up with stakeholders and customers.
Maintain accurate records of invoicing, collections, and project documentation.
Interact with Project Managers, Finance teams, customers and suppliers to facilitate billing and cash collection.
Monitor and analyze invoicing performance, collections and overdue receivables.
Prepare dashboards to track billing status and cash collection activities.
Leverage Excel and Power BI to extract, validate, and analyze data; provide insights to improve processes.
