Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, International relations or Political sciences.
• Experience in government or public policy for a company, trade association or government affairs firm.
• Strong ability to understand and communicate industrial and energy policy.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and Europe.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with deadlines.
• Client service attitude and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support advocacy strategy for Baker Hughes at national, regional, and local levels.
• Prepare materials, briefs, coordinate institutional visits and events.
• Liaise with government entities to promote company interests and operating conditions.
• Grow relationships with business associations and NGOs to increase industry penetration.
• Monitor and analyze legislative and geopolitical developments for Baker Hughes strategy impact.
• Support commercial diplomacy to boost Baker Hughes positioning worldwide.
