Apleona Italy SpA in Milan is seeking an Energy & Green Real Estate Optimization Manager to lead energy consumption analysis, optimize energy contracts, and coordinate regional energy optimizers and analysts.

You will support energy efficiency projects for private clients, manage grants and incentives, and collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Sales to translate energy strategies into action.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Engineering with energy specialization.
• Experience in energy management with knowledge of grants/incentives and energy purchasing mechanisms.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• EGE certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate regional energy optimizers and analysts to analyze and optimize energy consumption across contracts.
• Monitor energy KPIs and reporting quality to clients.
• Validate baselines and Technical-Economic Plans (PTE) for negotiations.
• Support energy efficiency projects for private clients and manage grants and incentives.
• Provide data to Finance and assist Procurement with energy purchasing strategies.
• Provide technical-energy support to Sales during offers and negotiations.
• Report to the Energy, Technical & Bid Engineering Manager with updates on portfolio performance.
• Promote adoption of digital tools for continuous energy monitoring.
