Job summary

GreenYellow Italia is seeking a talented M&A Manager for its Milan office. You will consolidate and analyze financial data for strategic acquisitions, supporting recommendations on opportunities across Europe.

Requirements include 5+ years in M&A/Transaction Services, strong modeling, and fluent Italian and English; French optional. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract in Milan with two days of smart working per week and a gross salary starting at €65,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Economics or Finance.
• 5+ years in Transaction Services, M&A, PE, or finance departments.
• Strong financial modeling, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A transactions end to end: studies, analyses, due diligence, and financial modeling.
• Coordinate M&A projects across Italy and Europe.
• Prepare investment committee materials and select advisors.
• Support market analysis across energy business areas.
