Job summary

GreenYellow Italia is seeking a talented M&A Analyst to join our Milan office. You will support the collection, consolidation, and analysis of financial data for greenfield and brownfield transactions, contributing to strategic recommendations across Europe.

Responsibilities include building cash-flow models, due diligence coordination, market analysis, and preparing materials for investment committees. Fluent Italian and English are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
1–2 years in Transaction Services, investment banking, M&A, corporate finance, or private equity.
Strong financial modeling and excellent Excel/PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, synthesis, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

Build and update financial models of project cash flows and run scenarios.
Support due diligence activities with internal teams and advisors.
Carry out market analyses on target companies, assets, and segments of the energy sector.
Prepare presentations and materials for investment committees.
Maintain the pipeline of opportunities and databases used by the M&A team.
Coordinate with advisors and partners involved in transactions.
