Valmet is seeking a Product Sales Manager for Energy & Air Systems to engage with mills, develop tailored proposals, and optimize production processes.

You will combine technical insight with commercial drive, travel to customer sites, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering and Field Services.

Fluency in English and Italian, plus five years in engineering, technology, or sales, are required. This is a permanent, on-site role with international exposure.

Formación

• Five years minimum experience in engineering, technology, or sales roles.
• Must convert customer needs into sales opportunities and build international relationships.
• Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Responsabilidades

• Pursue sales leads, visit customers, and work toward sales targets.
• Assess customer needs and propose suitable technologies, products, and services.
• Negotiate pricing and delivery times within authority limits and finalize orders.
• Identify prospective customers and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Application, Product Management, Engineering and Field Services to prepare proposals.
• Develop commercial and technical proposals highlighting impact on production and running costs.
• Prepare process calculations using Valmet tools and carry out mill audits.
• Prepare reports and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Define the scope of supply and prepare quotations in line with Valmet specifications.

Technical Diploma in mechanical/electrical/electronic/ software-related field
