Etinars is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join an international team in Rome (Anagnina Area). This role focuses on providing key IT support within programmes related to European institutions and the space sector, requiring strong technical skills and a commitment to people-centric service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and a strong grasp of Microsoft tools, alongside a collaborative mindset to thrive in a structured, service-oriented environment.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of experience directly supporting users and performing hands-on technical tasks.
• Strong knowledge of user productivity tools and applications.
• Experience in identity and device management using relevant tools.

Mansioni

• Support end-user services and ensure IT service delivery.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support to end-users regarding computing devices.
• Document solutions and update the Knowledge Database.
