Job summary

Allegion in Italy is seeking a Project Manager to join the PMO and lead cross-functional New Product Development (NPD) and VAVE initiatives across the EMEIA region. You will drive projects from concept to launch, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales to deliver on time, budget, and quality.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, develop plans, monitor risks, and report progress to leadership, while supporting continuous improvement of project management practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPD and VAVE projects across EMEIA with business, cost, quality, and timing objectives.
• Develop project plans, milestones, monitor progress, and proactively manage risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and alignment on priorities.
• Drive problem-solving activities and facilitate decision-making to overcome roadblocks.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and report updates to leadership.
