Job summary

Allegion is seeking a PMO Manager to lead project management excellence across Italy, France, and the UK. You will shape governance, develop a high-performing team, and ensure value delivery through KPIs and cross-functional alignment.

You will drive organizational change, coach a multicultural team, and steward the portfolio to maximize business impact while traveling up to 25% across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven PMO leadership in an international organization.
• Experience building high-performing PMO teams.
• Knowledge of PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certifications highly valued.
• Experience in matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Nice to have experience driving change initiatives.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multicultural PMO team across Italy, France, and the UK.
• Establish and standardize region-wide project governance processes.
• Monitor portfolio performance with KPIs, dashboards, and reviews.
• Align project objectives with strategic goals and drive change management.
