Sunwave Communications is seeking an entrepreneurial sales leader to own the EMEA growth story for DAS and Private LTE/5G networks. You will build markets, channels, and ecosystems with HQ support, expanding into Africa and the Middle East while managing key accounts and multi-channel partnerships.

You will articulate technical value to operators and NHS-like buyers, drive orders, and report market intelligence to inform strategy, with frequent international travel expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
• 8+ years of sales experience in wireless communications with a track record of building and maintaining relationships.
• Deep technical background and solution-selling capability in DAS and Private LTE/5G Networks.
• Fluent in direct and channel sales processes, including procurement cycles.
• Self-starter who can operate independently and collaborate remotely with HQ.
• Willingness to travel frequently internationally.

• Shape the strategy for EMEA growth and translate insights into sales plans.
• Own designated countries/accounts, build relationships with operators and customers, win projects.
• Recruit partners, develop channel sales, and expand Sunwave's ecosystem across EMEA.
• Lead expansion into Africa and the Middle East and support ODM opportunities in the EU.
• Demonstrate DAS and 5G private network solutions to technical buyers and drive orders.
• Track activities, report progress, and provide market intelligence to HQ.
