Docker is seeking a Staff Solutions Architect to drive technical leadership for flagship customers, shaping both product development and pre/post sales motions. You will partner with Account Executives, Post Sales, and Product teams to deliver business and technical value through developer workflows and AI journeys.

You will influence design partner engagements, create tailored demos, and deliver best-practice content across executive to developer audiences, with up to 50% international travel.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience presenting solutions and demonstrations to large audiences, virtually and in person.
• Experience interfacing with product/engineering to improve documentation, enablement, and features.

Mansioni

• Lead high-priority customer technical initiatives and engagements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Docker teams to align solutions with customer goals.
• Create and manage engagement plans spanning existing products and new offerings.
• Deliver custom demos/content aligned to customer use cases and revenue impact.
• Travel up to 50% internationally as a senior Docker representative.
