Job summary
Datadog, Inc. is seeking a Partner Solution Architect to work with our Director of Adoption Services, aligning with the Channels & Alliances segment.
You will support a range of partner-focused technical initiatives, provide trusted guidance, and help drive adoption of Datadog features across partner ecosystems. You bring hands-on IT development/ops experience, a proven track record, and exceptional presentation skills to educate and enable partner resources, ensure successful joint initiatives,
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in IT development and/or operations.
- Demonstrable track-record and passion for learning.
- Self-starter with ability to articulate Datadog value across orgs.
- Confident presentation skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
- Align with Partner teams through joint business planning.
- Support partner-led demos, POCs, and value proofs.
- Advocate for partner concerns with Datadog product and support teams.
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend adoption improvements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and services to prioritize features.
- Evolve lead practices for platform adoption and success.
