Cytiva is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management while guiding regional payroll strategy and improvements.

The role supports a remote-friendly setup and reports to the Payroll Manager-EMEA within Danaher’s Enterprise Payroll team, with a base salary range of €45,950 to €63,350 gross per year plus a 10% bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business is required.
• 7+ years of payroll experience in a multi-country environment.
• Expert understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP or similar.

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records and conduct regular data audits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and standardized workflows across regions.
