Danaher, open to associates across locations, seeks a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA while driving process harmonization and system improvements. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder collaboration with potential remote work options.

The position reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA and offers a competitive base salary, bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits within the Enterprise Payroll organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business and 7+ years of payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Deep, expert-level understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues.

Mansioni

• Own complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process multi-country payrolls with precision and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Audit payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and standardized workflows across regions.
• Support documentation and rollout of standardized procedures.
