Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead cross-regional payroll operations across the EMEA region, delivering accuracy, regulatory compliance and stakeholder confidence. The role reports to the Payroll Manager-EMEA and supports remote work arrangements.

Key duties include owning complex multi-country payrolls, validating data, resolving discrepancies, and driving harmonization through system upgrades and standardized workflows.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business; 7+ years payroll experience.
• 5+ years processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Expertise in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP.

Mansioni

• Own complex multi-country payrolls across EMEA with accuracy and timeliness.
• Validate payroll data; escalate discrepancies and drive improvements.
• Maintain payroll records, tax withholdings, benefits, direct deposits, audits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations and standardized workflows.
• Provide input on harmonization milestones and procedures.
