Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking an experienced Market Access Director for an EMEA-focused leadership role. You will develop and execute access strategies to secure favorable reimbursement for the IVL portfolio while aligning regional and country priorities.

You will collaborate with regional and country leadership in commercial, marketing, medical affairs, regulatory, and finance to shape pricing, contracting, and reimbursement models.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in market access, reimbursement or HEOR in medical devices or cardiovascular sectors.
• Proven HTA submissions experience across multiple countries/markets.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, matrixed teams and align stakeholders.
• Experience supporting KOL engagements and value narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the market access strategy for IVL portfolio across EMEA with regional alignment.
• Shape pricing, contracting models and reimbursement approaches with cross-functional teams.
• Identify growth opportunities, new markets and funding pathways across regions.
• Deliver reimbursement submissions, HTA evaluations, and HEOR activities across priority markets.
• Develop and deploy market access tools to meet regional needs.
