Job summary

Eli Lilly and Company in Italy seeks an Associate Director to lead PRA strategy across ICEE markets. You will translate global access plans into market-specific actions, develop negotiation-ready business cases, and support launch-readiness and ongoing access initiatives.

The role requires 6-8+ years in pharma with pricing/reimbursement experience, strong analytics, and English fluency. Expect engagement with local PRA teams and a focus on cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 6-8+ years of pharmaceutical experience, incl. 3-4 years in pricing, reimbursement, or market access.
• Working knowledge of pricing and reimbursement systems in CEE and/or Israel.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills (pricing, budget impact, business cases).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple markets and priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of payer needs to identify future requirements affecting the therapeutic area.
• Act as therapeutic area expert, understanding treatment pathways, clinical data, and competitive access.
• Collaborate with ICEE affiliates to prepare PRA documents and tools for fast reimbursement and access.
• Partner with ICEE affiliates to develop plans mitigating risks and capitalizing on opportunities.
• Coordinate with ICEE Affiliate PRA Leads to implement reimbursement and access plans.
• Share best practices with other affiliates within the Hub and IBU.
• Serve as the point of contact for the IBU PRA Team to represent ICEE needs.
• Collaborate with IBU PRA Team for rollout of PRA strategy, materials, and tools.
