KION Business Services Polska is seeking a Sales Manager Automation to drive the growth of our intralogistics automation business across EMEA from the Lombardia region. You will leverage your strong client network to acquire new projects and lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.

Coordinate with engineering, project management, and service teams; report on KPIs and travel within the region.

Competenze

• Completed studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or comparable qualification.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or solution selling.
• Strong network in intralogistics automation market.
• In-depth understanding of AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyors and picking systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess customer needs.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the region.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

• Drive sales growth in the region by proactively acquiring new customers.
• Develop strong relationships in the intralogistics automation market with customers, consultants and institutions.
• Lead the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure solution delivery.
• Regularly report on sales activities and pipeline; monitor KPIs.
• Stay informed about industry trends and participate in relevant events to network.
