KION Business Services Polska is seeking a Project Manager Automation to join our Intralogistics team in Lainate (MI), Italy. You will ensure project goals are met within budget and timelines, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and lead meetings from contract sign-off to acceptance.

The role requires IT literacy, CAD knowledge, strong risk management, fluent English, and up to 50% travel within Italy. You will create schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure safety with HSE guidelines.

Competenze

• Previous experience in Project Manager role or similar.
• IT literate with MS Office.
• Confident communicator to all levels of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CAD/technical drawings.

Due to expansion of the Intralogistics team, we are currently looking for a Project Manager Automation to join our team. The Project Manager ensures that all project goals are achieved within the budget: scope, quality, function, costs, deadlines, under consideration of the contractual conditions and she/he creates the project-specific standards. The Project Manager reports to the Head of Project Managemet.

Role Purpose

• Delivery of the project scope, conducting project evaluation and final report
• Conduct all required project team, critical & steering committee meetings
• Communication with the customer from sign of contract to acceptance
• Preparation, communication and maintenance of the project schedule
• Communication and negotiation with suppliers
• In cooperation with HSE, safety of people, systems and environment as per overall company or legislative requirements
• Monthly short term forecast review
• Monitor and manage the overall project budget. Escalate potential budget issues quickly
• Project review report preparation with support from project controlling
• Risk and opportunity management, including any risk mitigation strategies and actions
