EMEA Intralogistics Automation Sales Leader

Joinimagine is seeking a Sales Manager Automation to drive growth of our intralogistics automation business across EMEA. You will leverage your well-established network of clients and consultants to acquire new automation projects and lead the full sales cycle from lead to contract.

The role requires deep knowledge of AS/RS, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyors and picking systems, and the ability to tailor solutions to throughput, space and budget across industries.

Competenze

• Completed studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or solution selling.
• Strong network in intralogistics automation.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel within the region and work independently.

Mansioni

• Drive sales growth in the EMEA region by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Lead the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, service, and external partners to ensure delivery.
• Regularly report sales activities and pipeline, tracking KPIs to meet order intake targets.
• Stay informed on industry trends and participate in relevant events to promote our solutions.
