Job summary

Deel is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to onboard clients and drive successful deployments of our platform. You will guide configurations, integrations, and testing, while partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure smooth handoffs and scalable delivery.

You will lead project plans, timelines, and documentation, and provide training and support to clients on Deel’s platform. Travel for on-site implementations may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or similar.
• Strong SaaS, global payroll, or HRIS experience and client leadership.
• Experience guiding clients through implementation and delivery.
• Excellent timeline prioritization and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation projects for Deel’s platform.
• Collaborate with clients to capture requirements and configure solutions.
• Provide product expertise during implementation including setup, integrations, and testing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product for seamless handoff.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Provide training and support to clients on using Deel’s platform.
• Troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Capture client feedback for product improvements.
• Manage multiple client implementations with high customer satisfaction.
