ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director, EMEA Field Operations to lead the operational engine for the Customer Excellence Group in EMEA. You will define strategy, drive planning, and ensure execution across a matrixed organization with a focus on customer success and post-sale outcomes.

The role partners with VP leadership to align regional priorities with global goals, manage headcount, and optimize performance across Geo leads and major areas.

• Demonstrated leadership experience at executive level.
• Experience crafting and executing operating plans for large, distributed teams.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking.

• Define and execute the operational strategy and annual plan for CEG across EMEA.
• Own performance metrics, forecasts, and renewals for the EMEA field.
