Giunti Psychometrics is seeking an International E-commerce Specialist – EMEA to grow sales of its digital products across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will report to the Corporate E-commerce Director and contribute to the launch and growth of international stores with a B2C transactional focus and B2B lead generation.

The role covers Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with hybrid working based in Florence.

Competenze

• At least 4 years of experience in e-commerce.
• Experience on operating complex e-commerce platforms and projects.
• Proficient in digital marketing, paid media, and analytics.
• Strong budget management and cross-functional coordination.
• English at least B2 level.

Mansioni

• Design and launch new Magento/Adobe Commerce stores.
• Manage catalogs, content, languages, currencies, payments, and customer journeys.
• Develop pricing, promotions, and marketing calendars with Product Marketing.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing, IT, Legal and Finance on local requirements.
• Create scalable digital campaigns tailored to each market.
• Monitor performance with GA4 and optimize conversions.
• Collaborate with customer care to improve the user experience.
