Giunti Psychometrics is seeking a Senior e-commerce Specialist to support the Marketing Manager in managing digital campaigns, e-commerce operational activities, and the planning of commercial initiatives through Email, WhatsApp, Paid Media, and Teleselling campaigns.

You will optimize website performance, monitor KPIs with GA4 and other analytics tools, and collaborate with Marketing, CRM, IT, and Creative teams to execute growth initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor level degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Excellent English language skills.

Mansioni

• Manage and optimize Performance Marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other channels.
• Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign performance.
• Plan the e-commerce promotional calendar.
• Monitor website traffic and performance via GA4 and Search Console.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, IT and Creative teams.
• Prepare periodic reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to improve performance.
• Analyze customer portfolio and plan teleselling campaigns.
