Job summary

IQVIA in Milano is seeking a Data Management Team Lead to manage end-to-end data management services for single or multi-service projects, delivering quality results on time and within budget. You will lead the Data Management team, plan and close-out projects, and oversee financial aspects of DM activities.

The role requires 3–4 years in data management, including CDM lead experience, plus strong English and advanced MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences with relevant experience in Data Management
• 3–4 years of direct Data Management experience, including at least 1 year as a CDM project lead
• English fluency (spoken) and English proficiency
• Advanced skills in tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, Inbox; strong understanding of the Drug development lifecycle and clinical research processes

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data management projects and ensure quality deliverables on time and within budget
• Oversee project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions as needed
• Train new joiners and lead study meetings and sponsor audits
• Collaborate with programming team for process improvements and automation
• Ensure compliance with trainings and SOPs and maintain core procedures
