Google Data Center Operations is seeking a seasoned Technical Operations Manager for EMEA. You will lead audits, manage third-party data center partners, and drive regulatory compliance across sites to ensure high resilience and performance.

Responsibilities include developing audit plans, reviewing maintenance logs, enabling remediation, and delivering analytics to leadership to sustain reliable services globally.

Competenze

• Associate degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 9 years of experience in technical compliance, facility management, or operations for data centers.
• Experience with critical data center infrastructure: power distribution, cooling, safety protocols.
• Experience leading internal and external compliance audits for technical facilities.
• Ability to travel up to 50% across the EMEA region.

Mansioni

• Act as the primary Third-Party Data Center Operations representative for CAP audits, coordinating with local managers to demonstrate site resilience.
• Develop audit plans and verify service provider evidence to ensure critical infrastructure is properly serviced.
• Partner with the CAP team to address deficiencies with risk-based tools and remediation deadlines.
• Track drill outcomes and simulations to document improvements and resilience exercises.
• Deliver detailed reports and use dashboards to communicate audit trends and compliance posture to leadership.
