Job summary

Anthropos in Chiasso, Switzerland, seeks a Business Development Representative to drive outbound outreach across Europe from the Chiasso office. This full-time, on-site role is open to EU citizens and requires living within commuting distance to Chiasso (Como, Milan, Varese, or Switzerland).

You will own outbound prospecting, research accounts, craft personalized messages, and book meetings for Account Executives, while maintaining CRM accuracy and collaborating on campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a sales role or similar customer-facing job.
• Advanced written and spoken English; Italian/German/French a plus.
• EU citizenship; relocation to commuting distance to Chiasso required.

Responsibilities

• Find and reach the right people in large companies (HR, L&D and IT leaders) via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn; book meetings for Account Executives.
• Research accounts and write personalized outreach that gets responses.
• Run initial conversations to qualify need and explain Anthropos value.
• Keep the CRM clean and track activity and results.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on campaigns, events, and new outreach approaches.
