Job summary

Anthropos is seeking a Business Development Representative for the EMEA market to accelerate growth with Anthropos Workforce, our Enterprise AI transformation platform that maps, verifies and upskills teams at scale. You will join the BDR team in Chiasso and own outbound to enterprise companies in Europe, starting from countries we select together.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Chiasso, with relocation support for candidates able to move to Switzerland or Italy.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a sales role or similar customer-facing job with targets.
• Advanced written and spoken English; Italian, German or French are a plus.
• EU citizenship; relocation to Chiasso is required or feasible.
• Role is on-site in Chiasso; commuting distance from Como, Milan, Varese or Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Find and reach the right people in large companies (HR, L&D and IT leaders) via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research accounts and craft personalized outreach to secure meetings.
• Run initial conversations to qualify needs and explain Anthropos value.
• Keep the CRM clean and track activity and results.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on campaigns, events and outreach.
