SKF Automotive Italy seeks an Automotive Customer Project Manager to lead and coordinate ETO projects for major automotive brands. You’ll be the central link between SKF Automotive sites, product development, purchasing, and customers to ensure collaboration and effective solutions.

Based at the Airasca site, Italy, you’ll drive cross‑functional and cross‑cultural teams, manage risks, ensure flawless launches and customer satisfaction, and report to the Automotive EMEA PMO leader.

Formación

• Experience leading customer-oriented projects across different cultures and regions.
• Knowledge of project management techniques, including risk analysis and time/resource planning (APQP knowledge a plus).
• Familiarity with IT tools in the field of project management.
• Ability to build positive, long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and communicate promptly.
• Good command of German language for customer and colleague communication.
• Technical academic background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate ETO projects for Automotive product lines across multiple sites.
• Lead interdisciplinary, intercultural project teams to meet quality, profitability, time and delivery targets.
• Ensure flawless launches and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain internal and external Stakeholder communication, including escalation management.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Conduct structured risk analysis with mitigation plans.
• Share lessons learned and best practices across teams.
