SKF Vertevo is seeking an Automotive Customer Project Manager to lead EMEA projects in Italy from Airasca. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across global sites, ensuring timely, profitable project delivery and strong customer satisfaction within a high-tech environment.

Based at the Airasca site with local contract, you will collaborate with production, development, and purchasing teams, report to the Automotive EMEA PMO, and contribute to continuous improvement and risk mitigation

Competenze

Experience leading customer-oriented projects across cultures and regions.
Knowledge of project management techniques including risk analysis and scheduling.
Familiarity with APQP in automotive industry.
Proficient with IT project management tools.
Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building.
German language skills preferred.

Mansioni

Overseeing and executing ETO (Engineering To Order) customer projects across Automotive product lines and multiple production sites.
Coordinate interdisciplinary and intercultural project teams to meet quality, profitability, time, and delivery targets.
Ensure flawless launches and high customer satisfaction.
Maintain internal and external communication with all stakeholders, including escalation management.
Document experiences and best practices identified during projects for continuous improvement.
Structured risk analysis and mitigation plan definition for project completion.
Share lessons learned and best practices across the organization.
