Leonardo is seeking a Network Orders Administrator for its Vergiate, Italy location. This role manages network orders from creation to closure, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution.

You will coordinate Customer Orders Management with MSM, MRP, and Supply Chain, ensuring alignment across demand, planning and execution. For our Helicopters Division we are looking for a Network Orders Administrator.

MISSION

Ensure efficient management of network orders by monitoring order flow, coordinating cross-functional activities and maintaining alignment between Customer Orders Management, MSM, MRP, Network Nodes and Supply Chain functions, guaranteeing on‑time execution and customer satisfaction.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Manage network orders from creation to closure, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
• Monitor order progress across operational systems and network platforms.
• Coordinate activities related to Customer Orders Management and service provisioning.
• Interface with MSM and MRP processes to ensure consistency between demand, planning and execution.
• Support network nodes in the execution of operational requests and order fulfillment activities.
• Identify and manage order exceptions, delays, bottlenecks and escalation scenarios.
• Ensure data consistency across order management and planning systems.
• Provide visibility on order status, priorities, risks and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with MSM, Logistics and Quality functions when material availability impacts order execution.
• Support prioritization activities in case of resource or network constraints.
• Monitor service levels and operational KPIs related to order execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives of order management and network processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Supply Chain or equivalent.

Experience

• 2-5 years experience in Operations, Service Delivery, Order Management, Network Operations or Supply Chain environments.
