Leonardo is seeking a Network Orders Manager to oversee end-to-end order flow, coordinating Customer Orders Management, MSM, MRP, and Network Nodes to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will monitor order progress, manage data consistency, and collaborate with multiple functions to resolve bottlenecks and optimize processes. Travel may be required in this role.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• 2-5 years in Operations, Service Delivery, Order Management, Network Operations or Supply Chain environments.

MISSION

Ensure efficient management of network orders by monitoring order flow, coordinating cross-functional activities and maintaining alignment between Customer Orders Management, MSM, MRP, Network Nodes and Supply Chain functions, guaranteeing on-time execution and customer satisfaction.

KEY ACTIVITIES

• Manage network orders from creation to closure, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
• Monitor order progress across operational systems and network platforms.
• Coordinate activities related to Customer Orders Management and service provisioning.
• Interface with MSM and MRP processes to ensure consistency between demand, planning and execution.
• Support network nodes in the execution of operational requests and order fulfillment activities.
• Identify and manage order exceptions, delays, bottlenecks and escalation scenarios.
• Ensure data consistency across order management and planning systems.
• Provide visibility on order status, priorities, risks and recovery actions.
• Coordinate with MSM, Logistics and Quality functions when material availability impacts order execution.
• Support prioritization activities in case of resource or network constraints.
• Monitor service levels and operational KPIs related to order execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives of order management and network processes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Supply Chain or equivalent.

Experience 2-5 years experience in Operations, Service Delivery, Order Management, Network Operations or Supply Chain environments.
