The role collaborates with engineering and software teams to identify digital opportunities and optimize internal processes, creating value for customers and aligning with business objectives.

For pur Helicopters Division we are looking for a Digital Services Specialist.

Mission

The Digital Services Specialist supports the definition, development and promotion of digital services for Customer Support & Training, working closely with business functions, engineering and software teams.
The role focuses on understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for digitalization and proposing innovative, sustainable solutions that improve internal processes, create value for Customers and support business objectives, considering costs, benefits and expected return.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze Customer Support & Training business processes and identify opportunities for digitalization.
• Define and propose innovative digital solutions based on business needs.
• Support the evolution of the Digital Services portfolio.
• Contribute to the definition of new services and business opportunities.
• Evaluate the feasibility, costs and expected benefits of digital initiatives.
• Support budget estimation and business case preparation for new projects and services.
• Coordinate with internal functions, software teams and external suppliers during project execution.
• Support customer meetings, demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs), prototypes and innovation activities.
• Work with international teams and customers.
