Mission

The Digital Services Specialist supports the definition, development and promotion of digital services for Customer Support & Training, working closely with business functions, engineering and software teams. The role focuses on understanding business needs, identifying opportunities for digitalization and proposing innovative, sustainable solutions that improve internal processes, create value for Customers and support business objectives, considering costs, benefits and expected return.

Main Responsibilities
