TikTok is recruiting a Senior Key Account Manager for Electronics brands across France and the EU. You will own end-to-end acquisition, from initial outreach to activation, and drive long-term growth and multi-market expansion with senior stakeholders.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organisations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale partnerships across EU markets.

Competenze

• 5+ years of work experience in Operations, Account management or similar field.
• Proven track record closing enterprise-level deals or signing major brand/merchant partnerships.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and closing multi-decision-maker deals across complex organisations.
• Strong commercial acumen to size opportunities, build business cases, negotiate terms and drive measurable outcomes.
• Understanding of social commerce, content-led commerce, creator ecosystems, livestreaming, and short-video formats.
• Fluency in Italian is required.

Mansioni

• Own the acquisition pipeline for priority Electronics brands in IT and selected EU markets.
• Lead end-to-end commercial closings—from outreach to onboarding and 90 days of activation.
• Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders to position TikTok Shop as a must-win channel.
• Navigate multi-market brand organisations and align local and EU teams around a partnership vision.
• Develop tailored acquisition pitches including category analysis and business plans.
• Partner with categories, campaigns, creator, operations, logistics, product, and policy teams to accelerate time-to-first-sale.
• Drive ongoing participation in major commercial moments and campaigns across EU markets.
