Job summary

ABB in Italy's Frosinone site is looking for an Industrialization/Production Engineer to optimize assembly methods, processes and equipment to reduce labor hours while meeting quality, efficiency and safety targets. You will lead cross-functional project teams, manage costs and schedules, transfer new products from development to operations, and ensure clear change management in ABB's gate model.

• Experience in industrialization in electrification (preferred).
• Ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects and activities during the life cycle of the products after release for sales.
• Coordinate work of multi-location and cross-functional project teams.
• Monitor cost, scheduling and objectives of the projects and its work packages within a global organization.
• Ensure understanding of customer value and manage expectations in projects.
• Manage all product changes and customizations according to ABB gate model from request to release for sales.
• Transfer new products from development to operation with documentation (Drawings, BoM, Working Instructions, Spare parts list, Product Manuals).
