Job summary

ABB is seeking a dedicated Electrical/Electronic Engineering professional to lead product development and lifecycle activities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across locations, manage costs and schedules, and ensure the delivery of customer value through the ABB gate model.

A strong CAD, PLM, and SAP skillset with bilingual Italian/English communication is essential. On-site role with flexible working hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
• Solid understanding of electronic manufacturing technologies.
• Proficient with Windchill PLM, SAP, MS Office and CAD tools.
• Excellent English; Italian communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects through the product life cycle after release for sales.
• Coordinate multi-location, cross-functional project teams and resources.
• Manage costs, scheduling, and objectives of projects within a global organization.
• Ensure customer value and satisfaction while handling change requests and risks.
