ABB è alla ricerca di un EL Technical & Design Promotion Manager per promuovere l’intero portfolio Electrification in Italia e sviluppare opportunità commerciali con stakeholder tecnici. Sarai responsabile di presentare, educare e supportare scelte di progetto, offrendo soluzioni integrate e valore distintivo.

Richiesta una laurea in ingegneria elettrica/elettronica o diploma tecnico, ottima conoscenza di CAD elettrico e strumenti MS Office, e capacità di comunicare in italiano e inglese.

Competenze

• Forti competenze interpersonali e comunicative, in grado di gestire relazioni a livelli multipli.
• Capacità di dimostrare esperienza e conoscenza in soluzioni elettriche, prodotti e strumenti.
• Ottima conoscenza di Electrical CAD, Microsoft Office e strumenti AI.
• Laurea in Ingegneria Elettrica, Elettronica o Energetica, o diploma tecnico.
• Hai passione per innovazione, automazione industriale e building automation.
• Comunicare fluentemente in italiano e inglese.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente nell’area assegnata.

Mansioni

• Implementare attività promozionali proattive, tra cui presentazioni tecniche, dimostrazioni, seminari, materiale educativo e sviluppo tecnico di progetti e soluzioni per il gruppo di clienti target.
• Creare piani di visite al pubblico di riferimento e condurre revisioni periodiche dello stato, analizzando e ricavando insight e output delle visite.
• Stabilire e mantenere solide relazioni a lungo termine con i clienti del gruppo target per capire le loro esigenze e garantire che siano ben informati sui prodotti ABB, sistemi, servizi, caratteristiche e vantaggi.
• Garantire attività di marketing efficienti e una forte proposizione di valore per i clienti mediante tecniche promozionali efficaci.

EL Technical & Design Promotion Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to promote ABB’s complete Electrification portfolio to key technical stakeholders across Italy.

Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, supporting design choices, and promoting ABB’s competitive advantages by combining deep product knowledge with strong customer interaction.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Electrification Marketing & Sales in Italy.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.
• Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.
• Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.

Qualifications For The Role

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with ease in managing relationships at multiple levels
• Ability to demonstrate your experience and knowledge in Electrical solutions, products and tools.
• You possess a good knowledge of Electrical Cad, Microsoft Office and AI tools
• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Energy Engineering, or a Technical Diploma
• You are passionate about Innovation, Industrial and Building automation
• You are ease at communicating in Italian and English
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

Compensation Package

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico

Minimum annual salary: €36.000

Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus

The offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.
