RIMOND seeks an Electrical Design & Construction Manager to coordinate electrical and ELV systems across international projects. You will lead design and construction, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and financial performance while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

The role focuses on integrating engineering, execution, and project objectives, with emphasis on BIM, performance optimization, and process improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years experience in the design and management of electrical systems with site coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of power distribution, lighting design, ELV, and analysis including SAL and variation management.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the development of electrical and special systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare technical and economic documentation, develop cost estimates, and define project budgets for tenders.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within project development.
• Support the selection of MEP subcontractors, monitor site activities, and assist in testing of systems.
• Promote and implement digital technologies and BIM methodologies to enhance performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
