Sungrow Italy is seeking a passionate Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist to champion HSE excellence across our Italian operations. You will review and improve HSE documentation, reflect on-ground practices, and ensure regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Environmental Engineering or related field (RSPP/ASPP a plus), has 2+ years in HSE, is on-site, fluent in English, and proficient with document management and MS Office. This role is based in Milan.

Competenze

• Degree in Environmental Engineering or related field; RSPP/ASPP certification a plus.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in an HSE role.
• Strong knowledge of Italian HSE regulations including DL 81/08 and 152/06; on-site experience.

Mansioni

• Review and improve HSE documentation to reflect regulations and best practices.
• Coordinate with service managers and employees to reflect on-site safety and enviro practices in HSE documents.
• Analyze HSE data to identify trends and drive updates to compliance reports.
• Manage end-to-end process for preparing essential HSE documentation for the service team.
• Address customer requests and support Sales on HSE topics during negotiations.
