Opdenergy is seeking a dedicated HSE Technician to support renewable energy projects in Italy. You will ensure compliance with Italian health, safety and environmental legislation and help maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 across sites. Remote work with periodic visits to Bologna offices, permanent contract, and opportunities for professional growth.

The role requires a technical diploma or degree in OHS or related fields, 2+ years in HSE, and fluency in Italian with good English or Spanish.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in a similar HSE role.
• Fluent Italian with good English and/or Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of Italian HSE legislation.
• Experience implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.

Mansioni

• Ensure compliance with Italian Health, Safety and Environmental legislation and company HSE policies.
• Support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, risk assessments and environmental records.
• Support internal and external HSE audits and inspections.
• Carry out regular site inspections to ensure HSE requirements are met.
• Monitor PPE use and safe working practices.
• Coordinate contractor documentation and ensure HSE requirements before site access.
• Manage Environmental Monitoring Plan and environmental measures on projects.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings as needed.
• Investigate incidents and apply corrective actions.
• Collect and analyse HSE KPIs and drive improvements.
